Nutrition is not just for nurturing our body but also our spirit. Herban Health works to give our community information about eating in a healthy way and to celebrate our cultural connections to food as a way to make us whole and to bring together our family friends and community.  Please see our class section (link to clinic services) where we offer sign up for classes in nutrition, including healthy cooking and culturally diverse food.
